BBQ Chicken Nachos
This recipe calls for a delicious combination of fresh ingredients and hot-off-the-grill chicken. Use Jack Daniels® Chicken Rub to add amazing flavor to the grilled chicken.
Ingredients:
Tortilla chipsNacho cheeseGreen onions (scallions), slicedHatch green chilisPickled red onionsPico de galloCilantroQueso frescoJalapeños, slicedBoneless chicken thighs or breasts
Directions:
- Heat grill or smoker to 400 degrees.
- Season chicken thighs or breasts with Jack Daniel’s® Chicken Rub, and grill over Cowboy Hardwood Lump Charcoal or Cowboy All Natural Range Style Hardwood Briquets.
- Cook chicken to at least 160 degrees internal; remove grill and cover with foil to rest.
- While chicken is resting, assemble nachos.
- Chop chicken, add to nachos and serve.
