The beef rub is a great rub for a sweet and spicy bark, especially when smoking larger cuts of beef. Sprinkle generously on any beef product before grilling or smoking. For brisket completely cover the entire surface evenly, then refrigerate for at least an hour. Apply another coat before placing onto prepared grill or smoker. Use Jack Daniel’s® Whiskey Barrel Smoking Chips in your smoker or grill to add the distinct flavor of Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee Whiskey to your meal.

Add Jack Daniel’s® Beef Rub to any beef product before grilling or smoking. For brisket, completely cover the entire surface of the meat evenly. Refrigerate for one hour (longer for larger cuts of meat). Apply another coat before placing onto prepared smoker. Cooking times and temperatures vary based on cut and desired doneness.
